ToU — Terms of Use
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Use ("ToU") define the terms and conditions under which ONNE.MARKETING ("ONNE") makes the ONNE platform available to users, accessible at www.onne.marketing, and the associated services.
Article 2 — Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the ONNE platform implies full acceptance of these ToU. Any use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the conditions described below. ONNE reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes.
Article 3 — Platform Access
The ONNE platform is accessible 24/7, except for interruptions, planned or otherwise, for maintenance purposes or in cases of force majeure. ONNE cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from platform unavailability.
Article 4 — Registration and User Account
Access to certain services requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity carried out from their account.
Article 5 — Intellectual Property
All elements of the ONNE platform (texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, sounds, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the platform without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 6 — Personal Data
ONNE is committed to processing users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy policy available on the platform. Users have the right to access, correct, delete and port their data.
Article 7 — Liability
ONNE cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages caused to users during platform access. The user is solely responsible for their use of the information and tools made available to them.
Article 8 — Applicable Law
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of ONNE's registered office.
ToS — Terms of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern the commercial relationship between ONNE.MARKETING and any user wishing to subscribe to one of the plans offered on the platform www.onne.marketing.
Article 2 — Prices and Subscriptions
Subscription prices are shown in euros including tax on the platform. ONNE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, active subscriptions remain at the subscribed rate until renewal. Available plans are: ESSENCE, EXPANSION and EMPIRE.
Article 3 — Payment Terms
Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider (Stripe). The subscription renews automatically on the anniversary date, unless cancelled beforehand. No banking data is stored by ONNE.
Article 4 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, users have 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons. Requests must be sent to contact@onne.marketing.
Article 5 — Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No partial refund will be issued for the remaining period.
Article 6 — Service Availability
ONNE is committed to providing the subscribed service with optimal availability. In the event of a service interruption exceeding 24 consecutive hours, the user may request a proportional credit for the period of unavailability.
Article 7 — Warranties and Liability
ONNE commits to deploying all necessary means for proper service execution. ONNE's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, third-party failure, or improper use of the service by the user.
Article 8 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the user may use consumer mediation in accordance with the European directive on out-of-court dispute resolution. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of ONNE's registered office.
